Kate Nash - I Just Love You More

The trademark piano seems to have all but gone, and been replaced by squealing guitars and a moody image.  Yes, Kate Nash has turned into a wonnabie rockstar.  The influences are clear on this record, The Cure and The Ronettes, although at times during the song you would be mistaken for thinking that it was in fact a Cure record.  Some things just don’t change though, the lyrical content leaves a lot to be desired, with the words ‘I just love you more’ and ‘Ba ba ba da da da’ being repeated until your ears are physically at breaking point and unable to take anymore.  There is no obvious rhythm throughout the song, in fact feedback from guitars and Nash’s high pitched wailing make up the entire 3 minutes.  Stick to what you know is the clear message here.
